DEKAPHON Pro-Wax is a sprayable corrosion-proof coating suitable for protecting cavities in motorhomes and caravans and other parts where a rustproof surface is required. The product can also be used as a wax underbody coating (UBC). DEKAPHON Pro-Wax is water-repellent, with excellent penetrative and self-repairing properties. After drying, the treated areas are coated with a slightly sticky wax film that is highly temperature-resistant up to approx. 180°C. This means it can also be used in the engine compartment, for example. When dried by the sun or engine heat, it produces less odour than conventional cavity waxes.
Perfect for cavity protection, for example on doors, for rustproofing steel parts, protection of spot welds and all hard-to-reach places that need to be rustproofed. Also suitable as a wax underbody coating with low stonechip protection.

Application:

• Cavity protection (in chassis, doors)
• Rustproofing of steel parts (such as seams, sheet metal overlaps, rocker panels, frame components)
• Protection of spot welds in the engine compartment, suspension strut screw connections and water outlets
• Temporary rustproofing of machine parts, tools, garden and agricultural equipment
• For hard-to-reach places where rustproofing is required
• For places that need to be rustproofed and that are not subject to abrasion or stonechip
• Can be used as a cavity sealant, wax underbody coating (not on wooden floors) and as temporary rustproofing
