16.5 cm (6.5") plug & play speaker system for easy replacement of the standard speakers, compatible with Fiat Ducato III, Peugeot Boxer II, Citroen Jumper II, Dodge Ram ProMaster, Opel Movano and identical models: The Kompo UG FIAT FD16 impresses with absolute accuracy of fit and perfect acoustic tuning. The newly developed membrane made of a paper-glass fiber mixture is processed in a special manufacturing process and is the optimum guarantee for the best possible sound. The ribbed reinforcements turn the fiber mixture into a genuine high-end cone: in combination with the extremely powerful ferrite magnet, this ensures exceptional dynamics, punch and clarity of the finest details. The glass-fiber reinforced polyamide plastic basket in ETON's typical double strut design is a perfect fit and extremely torsion-resistant: the open construction also ensures the necessary cooling of the drive system, which is supported by the large core bore. Thanks to 3 Ohm voice coil technology and the special design of the woofer, which does not require a separate woofer crossover, the UG FIAT FD16 is particularly efficient - even in combination with factory radios! Together, the woofer and the coated 25 mm (1“”) fabric tweeter form a perfect unit: the finest details are reproduced in a silky, soft and unobtrusive manner - tuned for long distances thanks to the easy-to-install tweeter cable crossover with level adjustment. It goes without saying that all components are fitted with precisely fitting plugs and sockets.
