Rental information

We offer various mobile homes and mobile homes for rent. Our car fleet is constantly updated and all the vehicles for rent are new, clean, maintained and technically sound. All displayed prices include traffic and comprehensive insurance.

In the high season, the minimum rental period is 7 days, a shorter rental period is possible only if there are free cars.

All our mobile homes have:

- gas stove
- stainless steel sink (covered with glass)
- fridge with freezer compartment
- drawers and work surface
- cassette toilet
- shower room
- air heating system
- clean and waste water tank
- boiler

- 230V / 12 V and/or USB sockets
- marquis
- car radio

TRAVEL LIMIT: 500 km per day - €0.30 for each kilometer exceeded
Rental cars are issued on weekdays from 13:00 to 16:30 and returned from 9:00 to 10:00.

RENTAL PROCEDURE

Step 1 - Booking

It is possible to book the motor home either on the page https://www.mcrent.eu/, by e-mail info@autoelamu.ee or by calling us at +372 606 2460. The reservation will be made within 24 hours after the reservation fee is received on our bank account.

Booking fee 30% of the rental price, minimum €500

It is possible to familiarize yourself with the mobile home before booking.

Cancellation fees:

A non-refundable processing fee of €300 must be paid up to 50 days before the start of the rental period.
49 and 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price.
Less than 15 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price.
On the start day of the rental or in case of no-show, 95% - of the rental price

Step 2 - Documents / Agreement

Before actually receiving the vehicle, the renter must present a valid driver's license and a valid identity document (ID card or passport). Please also forward copies of all additional drivers' photo documents (driver's license and ID card or passport). We allow a driver behind the wheel of our car who has at least a category B driver's license, who is at least 21 years old and who has a driving experience of no less than 3 years. The renter must accept the terms of the agreement, use the vehicle in accordance with these terms and confirm this comprehensive rental agreement.

It is forbidden to drive the motorhome outside the European Union without a specified agreement.

Step 3 - Payment

We request an advance payment for the entire rental period + a deposit of €1,200, which is also paid before the rental begins.

Step 4 - Handing over the vehicle (on weekdays 13:00 - 16:30)

It takes about 0.5 hours to hand over the mobile home, which includes detailed instructions on how to use it. We hand over the vehicle to you with a full fuel tank, a full clean water tank and an empty waste water tank and two gas cylinders (2x11kg).

Step 5 - Returning the vehicle (working days 9:00 - 10:00)

Return the mobile home clean (waste water tank empty, toilet cartridge empty, refrigerator defrosted and clean, cleaned inside), packed and at the agreed time and place. The security deposit of €1,200 will be returned after the motor home is returned on time, if the car is clean and healthy.
